Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs are determined by quantity and weight, although heavier or bulky items will be shipped separately and charged a standard fee. Extra fees may be charged for items shipped outside the contiguous United States. Overnight shipping is available if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2 pm Pacific time.
Your personal information belongs to you. You have the right to change or remove any information that you may feel is incorrect by accessing the My Account section of our website.
Ordering: Orders placed for in-stock merchandise during regular business hours will be shipped within 24 hours. Requests for overnight shipping must be received by 2 pm Pacific time to ensure next day receipt.
Special Order Items: All Special Order and non-stock merchandise are non-returnable and sales of these items are final. Please request assistance from an account manager when ordering these items.
Payment, Pricing and Promotions: Light Bulb Planet.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal, as well as purchase orders from accounts in good standing, certified checks and money orders. Personal checks may cause a shipping delay if funds are not readily available. State sales tax will be charged where applicable. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.
All prices as listed are final. Promotional prices are void after the listed expiration date.
Viewing Orders: You can view your past orders and track your current ones by clicking on My Account and going to Track Orders. You can also contact your Account Manager for assistance.
Updating Account Information: To modify your account information, just click on My Account, or contact your Account Manager.
Return Policy: At Light Bulb Planet.Com, your satisfaction is our highest priority. That is why we allow a 7-day inspection period after delivery. If your product was damaged in the manufacturing process, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. If the product is damaged in transit, you are automatically eligible for a replacement or refund. Contact us for a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or fill out a Return of Merchandise Authorization form to receive a refund or a product replacement. Please note that special order and non-stock items are non-returnable. All returned products must be in as-new condition and in their original packaging and include the receipt, all manuals and accessories. In some circumstances, a restocking fee may apply.
When you return a product, you confirm your agreement to our return policy.
Warranty: Most products at Light Bulb Planet.Com are provided with a manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the website. It should be noted that Average Rated Life Hours are not a warranty.
All defective merchandise will be replaced regardless of warranty if Light Bulb Planet.Com is notified within 15 days of delivery and the product is returned in its original packaging.
